Getting and keeping people on board with your ideas for change. A chance to deepen your understanding of how stories engage others in change, and to practice a story for your own ideas in a safe environment.
In this first workshop, we will be starting with ourselves, our purpose in leading change and the ways we can build shared purpose with others. Specifically we will explore how stories can bring motivating values to life.
You will then have the chance to practice your own story of why with a colleague. Through a guided process and supportive feedback, you’ll hone your narrative and grow in confidence to use it in practice.
Handouts, links to further reading / viewing and a self-reflection and planning form will be available here after the workshop.Â
Please take a few minutes to capture your reflections on this workshop, give your feedback and note actions for yourself.
In return, you’ll get your attendance certificate and an email of your answers, for your learning record.Â
