360 degree stock-take

A survey of staff in the PCN’s practices, getting honest feedback about the questions that matter most to you.

Confidential online survey, approx 5-10mins. Using a bespoke PCN 360 degree assessment, tailored to your specific needs and questions. This covers all aspects of NHS England’s PCN maturity matrix, and much more.

Review

A facilitated meeting for the leadership team to review the 360 degree feedback.

Usually held as a video call, but can often be arranged face-to-face. 1.5-2 hours with all the PCN’s leaders.

Refresh your shared purpose

A facilitated workshop for staff across the PCN, to take stock of progress so far, confirm the network’s shared purpose and identify priorities for moving forward. 

Typically held as a half-day workshop for clinicians and managers of your choosing. Face-to-face, although can be run virtually (eg MS Teams). Can be combined with a facilitated leadership team board meeting.

Develop the strategy for the future

A facilitated workshop for staff across the PCN, to take stock of progress so far, confirm the network’s shared purpose and identify priorities for moving forward. 

Typically held as a half-day workshop for clinicians and managers of your choosing. Face-to-face, although can be run virtually (eg MS Teams). Can be combined with a facilitated leadership team board meeting. 

This can be extended into a collaborative process that engages practices, patients or other stakeholders,

Optional extras

  • Event management. If you opt for a face-to-face workshop, we can handle all aspects of venue booking, catering, audiovisual setup and delegate management. We run a tight ship, to keep costs to a minimum for you. 
  • Enhanced 360 degree stock-take. If you wish, we can involve a wider group of stakeholders from the local health and care system, to give you insights into your key partnerships.
  • Additional support can be provided after this process, to help develop your strategic plans and support leaders through the journey of leading change. This can be tailored to your needs. Examples include:
  • One-to-one coaching for directors in the PCN. 
  • Support to develop and review a comprehensive development plan for the PCN.
  • Group coaching through a process of leading change. 
  • Group facilitation to strengthen collaborative agreements or address issues between member practices. 
  • Facilitation or brokerage to address issues in partnering with other organisations in the locality.
